Sicopo, the very first time I met you was in FUTO hostel D but we didn't associate much because "ina afu ka akpa garri then" (you dey form big boy then)because probably you leave with SUG room. The next time we started tagging along was when I met you in murako (baresi and mustapha room). You came in with Aiwa 3 loader and some provision which you locked in the wardrobe...lol After much you joined me at eziobodo just behind murako. I still remembered the very first CD that you gave me to listen to in my room "Exit wound album", I cry ganster tears". You use to come come down every morning to ask or steal either me, duncan and sicco water with your face rough as if you took snuff (utaba). The next thing you will say is Afukwana ife mere na shiroro, that girl???? Kaiiiiii!!! Odigo. Chai sicily, na you I dey talk about this as per wetin nah...say you don die. After school days we both jam again in PH where we all stayed in Obili house with Wiwa, Eman, Obi nwajide visiting regularly. The Frog in the compound alone is still a memory on how we managed to survive that place. We moved to lagos to seek for greener pasture and I travelled to aberdeen. We were in constant communication that period because u also had an interest in studying abroad. I remembered one of my visit to naija i met you and Obi Nwajide in VI, we all went out that day with your stock broker. I encouraged you to come and do your masters abroad you told me that you are on your way.. When you came to aberdeen, you stayed in my flat with chukeke and Engr Eze (Gamalin), we had good fun during the period because the 2 bedroom flat was full of men (Gboko, Chukeke, Gamalin, Eman, Panana, Viki Bada, Mimi, Ify, Sicily). Make una no ask how we managed to share the sleeping space in two rooms but we did. Later sicily moved to hostel and then shared flat with panana. Sicily passed through hard time after graduation, he did some menial jobs like some of us. Most importantly he gave his life to christ and was active member in Redeem church. He later got a job with Expro... which the contract was terminated after few months. He stayed without job for more than one year and got married within that period. Marriage comes with blessings as said. After he got married to his wife chichi, things started turning out ok for him. He had a baby boy and later got a job with invirons...working on GE project. His social life cannot be over emphasized. Sicily was one of the pioneer member of TFC (Tillydrome football club) but he later formed another team with Redeem church (Fountain of Love FC) Sicily is a memeber of our alliens vs predetor Barclays premiership fantasy football answering "Akwa Akwulu" as his team name. He love football and was chelsea die hard supporter. On the night he died, both of us were on the phone analyzing chelsea Vs Man city game which he didnt finally watched. I have to stop here because I have lots of memories about him. I am happy because he gave his life to Christ and I believed that he will be resting in perfect peace. Naa nke oma nwoke ututu m. Oga adirigi mma. God loves you more.
